Dr. med. Linde has been one of the pioneers of modern minimally invasive vein treatment for more than 25 years. From the very beginning, his goal has been to treat varicose veins and spider veins as gently and comfortably as possible, without the disadvantages of traditional vein surgery. His expertise is built on comprehensive training in surgery, internal medicine, anaesthesiology and phlebology at the University Hospital Basel, Cantonal Hospital Münsterlingen and the Vein Clinic Kreuzlingen.

In 2002, he became one of the first physicians in Europe to introduce the endoluminal treatment of varicose veins using the VNUS Closure^® technique as an alternative to conventional vein stripping.
